同德押建於1930年代，是香港島最後一幢弧形轉角戰前騎樓唐樓，曾是灣仔街角的代表性城市景觀，已於2015年拆卸。
Built in the 1930s, Tung Tak Pawn Shop was the last curved-corner pre-war tong lau on Hong Kong Island, and a defining landmark of the Wan Chai streetscape before its demolition in 2015.
