這組建於1948年的建築原為民居，其後改建為餐廳，以鮮明外牆色彩聞名，至今仍是赤柱海旁最具代表性的建築之一。
Originally built as residences in 1948 and later converted into a restaurant, the colourful façade of The Boathouse remains one of Stanley's most recognisable landmarks.
